Bridgehampton is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) on the South Fork in the town of South Hampton of Suffolk County, New York, USA. It has a total territorial area of 13.6 square miles (35.3 km2), of which 13.0 square miles (33.7 km2) is the land area and 0.62 square miles (1.6 km2), or 4.57%, is water.
It is bordered by Noyack in the north, Water Mill in the west, Sagaponack in the east and by Mexoc Beach in the south. Four major roads interconnect the outstretched area namely, Ocean Rd, Lumber Ln, Narrow Ln and Mitchell Ln, the latter being partially blocked by the Bridgehampton train station.
The hamlet has a train station at Maple Ln connected to the LIRR that stretches out about 2.40 mi (3.86 km) from the west border to the east end. It can also be accessed by bus through the Montauk Highway.
Within the hamlet is the popular Hampton Classic Horse Show Inc at 240 Snake Hollow Rd. Other popular landmarks are The Bridgehampton Museum, The Dan Flavin Art Institute, the Children's Museum of the East End and the South Fork Natural History Museum & Nature Center just 180 meters across from each other.

Almost every place of worship in the hamlet sits along the Montauk highway including Incarnation Lutheran Church, Iglesia Faro A Las Naciones, Bridgehampton Methodist Church, St. Marks Congregational Church, St Ann's Episcopal Church, and Bridgehampton Presbyterian Church.
