North Bellport is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the Suffolk County town of Brookhaven, New York, United States. It has a total area of 4.9 square miles (12.8 km2), all land.
It is bordered by more than 4 hamlets: Medford in the northwest, Yaphank in the northeast; East Patchogue in the west, Brookhaven in the east and Bellport in the south.
Passing through North Bellport is the Sunrise Highway interchange from west to east, vice versa as well as E Woodside Ave and Montauk Highway. Montauk Highway continues to the adjacent hamlets Brookhaven and Yaphank. Station Road mostly covers the hamlet from north to south and is linked to all of the roads mentioned above.
Not a lot of establishments and attractions can be found here with Martha Avenue Recreation Park, Model Airplane Park in Martha Ave and Robert Rowley Park in Patchogue Ave as the only parks. Places of worship such as Victory Chapel Baptist Church at 706 Walker Ave, Jefferson Temple Church-God at 333 Brookhaven Ave, Glorious Temple Church of God at 1563 Montauk Hwy. Eastern Suffolk Boces at 350 Martha Ave is the only school inside the border.
Bellport LIRR Station is located near the intersection of Montauk Highway and Station Road.
